The Planning and Budget Council (PBC) integrates the Santa Rosa Junior College's planning and budget allocation processes with a focus on ensuring that the College's budgetary resources and planning process support the Colleges Mission. PBC is a multi-constituency body with representation from faculty, classified professionals, administration, and students.
